I found this note on the SWPC website:

The operational products of the North America Total Electron Content (NATEC) ionosphere model and U.S. Total Electron Content (USTEC) are no longer being supported and will be replaced by GloTEC. GloTEC is a real-time data-assimilative model that provides global electron density and total electron content (TEC)
