"Dead" band in interferometer tests #26

In recent (2024 Jan 31/2024 Feb 1) interferometry tests everything below ~52 MHz at LWA-NA does not correlate. That's at about the boundary between the two pipelines.

Maybe this is related to #15 since I needed to power cycle today?

This hasn't happened again but this could be one of a series of strange post-power outage behaviors. That includes:

snap1 programming/configuring/acting happy but not sending any data,
weird clocking of the ADCs such that the sky image is squeezed into a smaller area, and
high packet loss on the network.
