Is there a way to merge Sevilleta and North Arm? #17

The two stations are currently handled as separate branches - main for Sevilleta and lwana for North Arm. Is there a way to merge them? Some things to consider:

They have different numbers of stands. This changes:
- Rings sizes
- How the spectra figures are divided up
Different disk sizes for storage management
Different targets for uploading images/spectra/movies to

Could these differences be handled by a configuration file?

They are much closer now. Key differences:

Station setup (lsl.common.ndp vs. lsl.common.adp, etc.)
minval/maxval setup in _plot_spectra()
phase center control
imager setup (50 m station vs. 100 m station)
conjugation on the data for imaging (no vs yes)
how to deal with which frequencies to save
capture buffer size (nBL*4 vs. nBL*6 and 6500 B/pkt vs. 9000 B/pkt)
