App icon missing #14

There was a version with the app icon. But now it is missing.

The icon does appear in my local compilation. I wonder what is happening in AppVeyor.

Looks like the icon is back when I switch the AppVeyor image to VS 2017.

Verified that it is fixed. Closing the issue.
