hi dear friend i cant create hostapd.conf file

i use this codes for create it `interface=wlanX driver=nl80211 ssid=TestAP channel=1 Save it as hostapd.conf, then try starting hostapd with it:

hostapd hostapd.conf`

but after it my os give me this error root@kali:~# hostapd hostapd.conf Configuration file: hostapd.conf Could not open configuration file 'hostapd.conf' for reading. Failed to set up interface with hostapd.conf Failed to initialize interface

but in hostapd is hung
