Produce less noise in system log

Replace log levels _drv_always_ by lower values, so driver doesn't flood log with useless messages.

I will not merge this commit. You should change the variable GlobalDebugLevel instead.

@lwfinger GlobalDebugLevel will make no effect without this patch. Because all debug statements I changed had _drv_always_ levels
