Make error, Ubuntu 22.10 #31

I just updated to Ubuntu MATE 22.10 and went to rebuild the driver. I get this error when trying to build

Huh seems a git pull just wasn't actually working for some reason, after some comparisons I saw I didn't have the most up to date version
