The stable trees from 6.1 onward no longer define the REGULATORY_IGNORE_STALE_KICKOFF flag.

Your assertion that this parameter is not availabe from kernel 6.1 onward is not correct. In the mainline kerenel, it was removed in kernel 6.5, which is not yet released. If your system fails to build with 6.1.X, that is because your distro backported the change. As I state in README.md, I do not support such changes, and you will need to maintain your change locally. Your patch will not be merged.

The official stable trees for 6.1 and later have backported the patch. No need to be nasty about it.
