Added new RTW8852BE device (Archer TX20E)

Patch for new RTW8852 device (TP-Link Archer TX20E).

I recently bought the adapter, WiFi has been working out of the box but bluetooth was not even after installing this module.

Ran lsusb and found out my btdevice id is not even included, hence this patch.

Working fine after I installed the DKMS packaging module.

Note that during building dkms package it asked me to commit my changes. And upload to patch to upstream? I just went ahead with the default patch message and built the module. I am a novice programmer and I just don't know how to upload a patch to upstream. I commited my changes to git and opened this pull request. I would be grateful if you could help me with that. I can confirm now bluetooth is working now with it installed.

Your change is merged into the GitHub repo. For me to submit it to the kernel, I need the output from 'cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices' that pertains to your BT device. Thank you.

When can i expect the change in kernel is there any timeline

The change is already merged into the Linux kernel and is in the 6.7-rc 2 release. Backporting to stable releases is also submitted for 6.6, 6.1 and 5.x kernels. You should get the update in the next releases.
