DKMS packaging for ubuntu/debian #6

This one is not quite so straightforward. Some issues:

That said I've had zero issues with the driver since packaging/installing.

DKMS on debian/ubuntu simplifies the secure-boot issues, signing is taken care of through the same mechanisms as nVidia and drivers. You won't need special reboot and MOK registration.

Additionally DKMS ensures new kernel installations will automatically rebuild the driver, so you can accept normal kernel updates.

If you don't want to take it I'll keep it forked here and as I'm eventually intending to create a PPA (even if only I use it)

Merged. The version is an arbitrary number. All we need to remember is to update it when the driver changes.

I think firmware updates are being handled correctly. When Realtek does an update, I get notification in an E-mail. At that point, I get the new firmware into this repo. As a result, if the distro's version differs, it is because the distro has not yet updated to the latest.
