Site layout is almost identical to Ruby on Rail Tutorial

Changes may include:

• Remove the blue borders
• Make footer smaller
• New home page will use the Eventful API so the links to the sites we scrape will be removed
• Link to "Classic Search" will appear in footer to preserve current interface
• A LLL logo will be displayed prominently
• Search bar will be made bigger
• Search bar will appear at top of all pages

Focusing now on:

• Search bar appear on top of all pages

This change will be merged into the trunk after I've implemented it.
