Add gento ebuilds #30

Addable with "layman -o https://gitlab.com/xy2_/osman/raw/master/osman-overlay.xml -f -a osman" then "emerge mpvc"

First of all, thanks for packaging mpvc. Right now there's a couple of issues that need to sorted before I can merge. First off, I like a clean commit history that doesn't include 'Merge pull request X'. Go back into the fork you've created and do a soft reset then recommit in only one commit. Secondly, it would be a great help to include instructions to install your repo in package repo's README.md.

I'll be without net until Friday afternoon so I am happy for @heckendorfc to merge once these are done.
