Remove references to the gmt4 fork #74

Since the README.md was merged from @gmt4's fork. There are sections in it that don't make sense in this repo. Eg.

This forks lwillets/mpvc

The badges and links are also referring tho the wrong repo.

Thanks for spotting this, I've tried to address this in #75, by removing references.

I found that the proposed changes in #74 also remove links to docs as the Wiki/LogBook/Screen-casts that provide useful examples/usages for users of mpvc new and old.

Therefore, I preferred not to push changes in #74.
