Implement Print feature #11

We need to finish implementing and test the print feature.

Full page? Reduced size? Print on a 3x5 notecard? Original image included or not? Who knows.

I think a side by side full color image would be cool. Original image on the left, ascii on the right.

i dont think original image would be a good idea to print would just be ink heavy..instead of printing maybe an Email feature that puts the images side by side then emails the person a copy..like you could press the email button and a dialog box could pop up to enter the email address.

Up for making some more button graphics to match the ones you already made? I'm thinking print and save at least, probably one for live video and email in case we include those someday.
