Plugins installer: Remove duplicate punctuation (translatable string) #1262

Note: This change obviously modifies strings to be translated. I'm aware that this will need translation updates, so it might be sensible to wait in case you plan to release the next version soon and/or plan major translatable string changes after the next release.

@genodeftest I'll additionally patch all translations not to have the dot. So we can add this to 1.15
