Case sensitivity in names

Names should start with capital letters, but app allows input of names that are not.

This is shown in UG too.

There might be names out there that do not start with capital letters, so it is unreasonable to limit names to start with only capital letters.

We also want to allow users to also add names that start without capital letters as some users might prefer the names to be stored that way.

Reason for disagreement: While it is true that names might not start with capital letters, I still do believe the problem in the UG should be accepted.

While names such as 'Vincent van Gogh' might contain parts with do not start with capital letters, it is obvious for the case of 'Alex Yeoh' that this is a name that should start with capital letters.
