Event list in widget area doesn't display start-end date #508

The event list display in the widget area does not display the starting through 
the ending date when one is present.

Example:  a convention is from 8/1/2013 - 8/4/2013.

In the widget area, I would expect it to show:
August 1, 2013 - August 4, 2013
<Convention or whatever description is>

Maybe it does this and I do not have something set correctly.  Please advise.

Currently this information is not presented in the plugin, but future plans 
include significant changes to the eventlist shortcode display.
