Direct link for Event #510

Is it possible to use a direct link that shows one event?

e.g. this is the link: /calendar.php?event=8
The calendar.php includes the full view of the ajax event calendar and if there 
is an event with the id 8 this event is shown.

I am no longer able to update/support the Ajax Event Calendar plugin for 
`WordPress`.
