SIMBL 0.9.9 installs then nothing happens

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install latest version of SIMBL which is done with no problem
2. look for evidence of program, none found
3. create /library/application support/SIMBL/Plugins folder manually and put 
SafariStand into folder (as instructed by safaristand. Restart safari, nothing 
happens. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to find something labelled SIMBL. Nothing. 
Also, I created /library/application support/SIMBL/Plugins folder manually and 
put SafariStand into folder (as instructed by SafariStand). Restart safari, 
nothing happens. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest SIMBL version, on Mac OSX 10.6.4

If this is an Installer problem, please run the Installer again and from
the "Window" menu, select "Installer Log". Save the Install Log and attach
it to your bug report.
