Hack #2: Change to 24 bits and display as a color

[x] make server
[x] Use Liquid iteration to add values for each bit (128, 64, 32, etc.)
[x] Use Liquid iteration to make 3 tables (24 bits)
[x] Use the values for each bit to make a RGB value, then display on the screen as a color
