EDACS EA: emergency calls, MT1 fixes, logging improvements #221

Adds parsing for emergency calls.

Fixes MT1 after ESK auto-detection changes:

Fixes system all-call display in ncurses due to unsigned group ID.

Minor colour and spacing improvements in logging.
