Remove Angular from the project #9

At the start of this project, angular was added just as dummy content / as an example how the client side could look like.

After some considerations and more detailed planning, this will be the client side stack for now

Ampersand.js for models / collections and most likely other stuff (e.g. as helper for form processing)
React.js for the views

So Angular should be completely removed from the

template file
bower configuration
build process

Fixed by #10 (the auto closing didn't work).
