There are a handful of TXT log files there, so I have just attached the newest
one for you (from the 29th April). Hope it is the right one?!

No problem. I opened it up now and told it to export trace to PDF. It gave some
Java error.
I have attached the log for it.

can you please attach (or email me) the diy file you're trying to export? It
can throw that exception if there are no traces at all on the layout, e.g. if
there's nothing to export at all.

It is just a very basic circuit that I was using to test the DIY layout. I have
attached the file for you to have a look at.
