Plan for updating & maintaining Wax

• What version (or commit) of Wax is this project on?
  • There are commits in the Wax codebase that aren't present in this project. Since Wax doesn't seem to have code releases, it's hard to pin down what version of the code we're using
• How can we make sure we are up to date with the latest Wax code in an ongoing basis?

Also need to think about updating any vendor scripts, like Openseadragon, elasticlunr, bootstrap
