Updates on Newsletter: Release Delayed

tiao was unable to complete it this morning. He promised to finish and submit it for us to review before 6pm (UTC+8). That should be around 6:00am Eastern Time in the US, is this time suitable?

Sorry that it takes longer than I estimated... I used AI tools to help me review the newsletter, but I still think that a reviewer for the newsletter would be necessary. I will try my best to catch up with the schedule and send it to our community to review first.
