calcolor - coupon set up #570

@liyangwood，请在coupon设置最后加一个checkbox，“Valid for booking make-up only“。 @jinli 请在mobile的使用coupon的地方加上这个判断，如果是这种coupon，只能在order里面有makeup的时候能用。

coupon schema add "orderType" field, when setting checkbox checked, field value is 'makeup' @jinli You can check this field value for the payment logic.

when the order has makeup class and other classes, is the coupon only applicable to the makeup class or all classes in the same order ?

逻辑不对，这个是makeup only coupon，但是都可以用。
