@lxm218 Done.

@liyangwood part of this task, I wrote some code in registration package that calculates kids art monthly tuition, full month or partial month. We should make both admin & mobile share this code.

这页显示的是当月的tuition吧，不是tuition per class，因为跟后一页是一样的
