How to hide the top row(title bar)? #658

@HeyDon-Lee 哥们我要的不是全屏啊，只是单纯的隐藏，越隐蔽越好

全屏就是隐藏啊。。。 不要被字面意思蒙蔽

@HeyDon-Lee 我不想要其他变化啊，实现了隐藏头部，然而把我的窗口放大了···我只要个小窗口

SetFullscreen(true) 后设置窗口大小会吗？
