OMJ was originally assigned to Omura Airport which moved to the new Nagasaki Omura NGS/RJFU in 1975. OMJ seems to still be assigned to "Omura Airport" by IATA (in addition to NGS) although the airport that is there now is a JSDF base with ICAO RJDU located at 32.928°N/129.934°E 19' ... it seems unlikely that IATA assigned the code to the air base.
