fix: remove mixin to fix print layout

Description

The print layout was broken. The sidebar got displayed in front of the content for example. To fix it, I removed the mixin desktop_and_print completely. I think the logic behind that was wrong, because styling that was applied with this mixin should not be applied for the print layout. The example site looks like this now:
