Added a label for empty Favorites to Fancy Menu #2009

@stefonarch I did only basic tests. Use your power of finding impossible issues if needed.

"other" could be removed here IMO

Why?

EDIT: I mean Favorites is a category, although it may be empty.

I know, but we won't assume that users want to add favorites from the favorites category, do we?
