Application menu hide inconsistency #2132

Issue description: When you press Super key - Application Menu shows up, but it is possible to hide/close this Application Menu with the same Super Key, except if you press it very quickly. Otherwise you should use Esc to remove this Menu.

Expected Behavior

No matter how quick/lucky you are there should be consistent behaviour. If you press Super key and the Menu is hidden - it shows up, but if it is open, then Super Key should close it.

Current Behavior

If you are not quick/lucky enough, Super Key does not close Application Menu. So sometimes it works to close menu, but sometimes not.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Just press Super Key and watch behaviour of Application Menu
