Has conflicts with the master branch.

Wasn't aware of changes in the master. Why do we need CMake 3.18 instead of 3.16 ?

Ok. I assumed there was a technical reason. I choose 3.16 in lxqt-buid-tools. It did the job and matched Qt requirements.
