Add Czech translation into desktop file #27

Hi @stefonarch could you have a look? It reorders Italian lines in the desktop file. It looks good to me, but please tell me if this is not the case.

It's ok, the ordering should be by language not by type, but I'll do it when adding missing [it] GenericName (it's what is shown in the tooltip, comment is never used nowhere AFAICT).
