Add "Add action" command to Project context menu

I think that despite that #13 is already in the issue tracker I would be a
good idea to add a "Add action" command to the Project context menu. Then,
of course, in the new action form you would get the Project field already
filled in. It's something that can be done pretty quickly I guess.

Here is a simple patch that should solve it. Please treat it as a humble try to
contribute to the project rather than compare it with the overall code quality.
Feedback on how it can be improved and on what things can be also done to get 
start
with is very welcomed.
