HTML and xHTML Doctype declaration doesn't get colored #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put a HTML or xHTML Doctype declaration in the 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

We should see some colors there even if this is not a regular tag. Instead,
only the last ">" gets colored.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using version 1.5.1 on Ubuntu Hardy 8.04 with Firefox 3 RC 2.
