mark dependencies on modrinth #3

marking the dependencies of a mod is useful for users as they or there launcher can figure out what else needs to be installed to make the mod run for this mod marking fabric api would be neat especialy for players that don't know what fabric-resource-loader-v0 is

I can't change the dependency as it is automatically packaged by modrinth

there should be a way to select the dependencies not sure though where you can package datapacks as mods on modrinth image
