Support for MerchantAccount? #25

It looks like a lot of code is there for MerchantAccount's but it's not in the documentation. Any idea when MerchantAccount's will be supported?

I guess I could word that better: Are Merchant Account's supported, and if not, when will they be supported?

Just kidding. I was calling @merchant.save! BraintreeRails::NotSupportedApiException. I needed to call just .save
