[x] Separate implementation from entrypoint
[ ] Clean up stuff from .NET 5.0
[ ] Fix naming (Listenbrainz -> ListenBrainz)
[x] Use MBIDs instead of MSIDs for feedback
[x] Show plugin in admin menu
[x] Write MB data to listen cache

Currently rewriting the plugin from the ground up. No longer relevant.
