Model storage

[Drapegnik]

• move reconstructions_ to Storage
• move output_location_ to Storage
• add ReconstructionStatus enum:
  • NOT_BUILT - there is no any models
  • BUILT - models built and saved to filesystem
  • LOADED_INTO_MEMORY - models red from disk and store into memory (in Storage class)
• save status_ to project config file: you should change yours like this:

  PROJECT_CONFIG_VERSION v1.1
  PROJECT_NAME project0
  STATUS 0
  IMAGES_LOCATION /Users/Drapegnik/Desktop/images/
  NUMBER_OF_IMAGES 1
  /Users/Drapegnik/Desktop/images/image001.jpg
