Generating Reports; memory issues partly resolved. #54

mb it will be useful, to save all reports, from run to run, for ability compare time on different params. like report-0, report-1 and etc.

I was thinking about that and I would like to save models together with reports as "Runs" or "Builds" Let's remember that as a feature request and will not implement that in this PR.
