Storing all reports and builds (no overwriting)
Getting rid of ReconstructionStatus enum (no more need)
Memory improvements: loading model to memory only if we need it. Storing maximum one reconstruction at once
Interface of Storage class simplified
WriteReconstructions moved to StorageIO
All models now have to be in out/models/ directory and have .model extension (these two conditions are enough for models to be recognized by Appa)
Model picker before rendering (no default models, you may choose)
