Implement chip stacking / grabbing for a single stack of chips

Un-synced for now.

this is for a single stack of chips - for example, the '5'-value chips all stacked on top of each other. several ChipStacks will constitute a ChipPile

• each chip stack has a chip value, and n chips
• player needs to be able to grab the top x chips from the pile
• on grab, the stack on the table must be set to n - x chips and a stack of x chips spawns in the players hand
• later, this ChipStack will need to be able to communicate to its parent ChipPile when it has lost chips
• The chip stack should only be interactable to the player who this stack belongs to. no chip theft pls
• not sure yet if adding chips should be handled by ChipStack or ChipPile
