[ ] AreaPresenter
- [ ] IncrementLookupHistory -> stop using @Single
- [ ] nested presenters like ArtistsByEntityPresenter needs to only have interfaces in its signature
- [ ] swap out repositories with fake repository that just returns some data for us. The testing of the repositories themselves will be done in the data layer
