how do we ingest the Health Schema file (#45, #36) to ELK?

@michaeld3951 have a working demo in Logstash/Elasticsearch that demonstrates either

(1) ingesting the Health Schema file and applying it to your queried/constructed tables

or

(2) using ELK's existing "health schema" abilities to pass in parameters that are reflected in your queried/constructed tables
