Build "Install Requirements" Documentation

Overview

Write out succinct instructions for a stranger (consider a technical IT person) for downloading environment for each of your operations for V1.5. Think of this as a "lab manual" you would hand to someone to have a successful Cadence v1.5 installed on his local PC.

• [x] @htyuki for launching PBI 1.5 (use file from #41) and demoing full flow of @hunter-alloway's files (use code from #35) + Health Schema (use file from #45)
• [x] @michaeld3951 for full installation of ELK (from beats to Kibana) and demoing full flow of @hunter-alloway's files (use code from #35) + demo a very basic dashboard in Kibana that shows the data from the ingested files; touch base with @lydia-wu for support on how to build a kibana dashboard
