Modifying parameters for hard-coded simulator in order to create a steady stream of data available to ingest into PowerBI

Building off of Issue #48 in order to prepare for trial simulation from ingestion to report sumarry utilizing PowerBI
[x] Adjust the output for each log: Export 10 files per file-type i.e. 10 for the Device Log, 10 for the Network Report and 10 for the App Report
[x] Each exported file should include 100 rows
[x] Continue making adjustments that reduces run-time (reduce use of sleep command)
[x] The exported files should have a series of time-stamps that moves forward with time i.e. Device log A00001 send "Hello World" @ 3:40:00pm-Network Report Received "Hello World" @ 3:40:01pm
[x] Each file should contain the terminating/starting time appended to the saved file name (i.e., if you finish generating a file at 3:02:00am on February 21st, then the file name would be AppReport_20220221030200.csv)
