Facilitates our recent shift from ELK Stack to PowerBI as this will enable Team 03 to more clearly understand the definition of a healthy norm in PowerBI
[ ] Align to JSON schema ("XML Schema")
[ ] Trim down current version to bare bones, no fluff
[ ] Build a portal that generates the JSON file (a command-line where you type in parameters? a GUI, web-based dashboard? a PowerBI interactive visualization? Whatever is easiest to start)
