Resource requests for both documents have been submitted to JFL. Now we're just waiting on a response.

@michaeld3951 @htyuki because of that^, pushing the due back to Wednesday Oct 6, 12PM
Both documents have been approved by JFL. However, after searching on the library website only the IEEE document is appearing as of now. I will check again later with the hopes of there being some delay in adding it. The pdf for the IEEE document is attached below:
IEEE: IEEE Standard Framework for Prognostics and Health Management of Electronic Systems.pdf
update on the SAE article, JFL said this was a more complex document to obtain and may take some time. I will post the pdf here once I hear from them
tasking for @michaeld3951 --
Think about:
R.1.1.1
-R.1.1.6
goals in mindHere are the notes from the IEEE article I was able to quickly put together. Most of it is copy and paste from the article, but I extracted the important information. It may be a bit of reading, but it is definitely useful information. I also uploaded this document to the OneDrive
Consider delegating tasking between both of you.
Purpose: to understand existing specs and determine our access to them. Due date for tasking:

Expanded Purpose: this can be an important aspect of-- • how we define our monitoring database • where we can add special value • that we showcase best practices that people will feel safe following and feel good talking about (ie. "no one ever got fired for...____" insert...following an IEEE or SAE spec?)
