Adding notifications for karma changes #74

Added functionality so that all karma operations are posted to the #karma channel. (Or #karma-testing if testbort)

@lydonb Okay, this is a bit cleaner now.

Do we need to do a .toLower() on the _modelName? Trusting Slack to not change it at a later date.
